  Silicon carbide module is one of the key technologies supporting various industrial applications.Compared with traditional silicon IGBT power module,it has higher power density,higher reliability,higher working junction temperature,lower parasitic inductance,lower thermal resistance and other characteristics.In the performance upgrading process of cutting-edge power electronic equipment that needs to improve system power density and use higher main switching frequency,the performance of existing silicon-based IGBT combined with silicon-based FRD(quick recovery diode)cannot fully meet the requirements,and the main switching device with high performance and cost-effective is needed.

  In many industrial applications,some mechanical actions are the use of classic hydraulic transmission,environmental impact and high maintenance costs,has been the trend towards partial or full use of electrification(motor),to achieve high reliability,high maintainability,and easy redundancy backup design.

  In addition,in many application scenarios,such as semi-mobile energy storage charging stations and fully mobile charging banks will effectively fill the lack of fixed charging stations,especially with the large-scale popularization of electric vehicles,this point will be more obvious.However,for such mobile charging applications,water cooling mechanism will not only bring extra weight and volume burden,but more importantly,it will consume the storage energy carried by itself.Therefore,the electric control of natural cooling will be the best method,but the thermal management of the electric control system must be properly handled.

  In many specialty industrial applications,electronic systems face the same high temperature challenges when liquid cooling is severely limited.The electric control technology of high temperature resistance is the key to realize the above high temperature application.The unique realization technology is the high temperature encapsulation technology of SiC power device and the high temperature drive circuit technology matching it.
