With the accelerating upgrading and iteration of modern industrial kilns and kiln furniture, higher technical requirements are put forward for the quality and performance of kiln furniture used in production.
With the accelerating updating and upgrading of modern industrial kiln equipment, higher technical requirements are put forward for the quality and performance of kiln equipment used in production. Adhering to the concept of "wholeheartedly serving customers," our company, after more than half a year of meticulous research, starting from the raw material source and integrating military production technology, has successfully developed a new type of multi-performance special silicon carbide square beam and roller, whose strength and density performance have achieved a qualitative leap; its performance has reached the advanced level of similar international products and the leading level domestically, and is now fully put into production in our company. Its excellent performance is shown in the following aspects:
1. Silicon carbide content reaches 84%-87% (other manufacturers 81-83%), reducing free silicon content, with stronger alkali corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance at high temperatures, tailor-made for lithium battery alkaline sintering, extending the service life by more than 30%, reducing the trouble of cleaning and pollution of roller exudates, and improving the service life of kiln equipment.
2. The finished product density reaches 3.04-3.08g/cm³ (other manufacturers 2.9-3.01g/cm³, national standard 3.02/cm³), high density, higher flexural strength, achieving a perfect combination of rigidity and toughness.
3. Regular shape, good straightness, the product is not oval, and does not deform. The high density of the product and the technical characteristics of small drying and sintering shrinkage ensure that the outer diameter deviation of the same product at different positions in the same part is controlled within 0.3mm, which is convenient for kiln leveling, straightening, and daily operation requirements.
4. Extrusion molding technology ensures product uniformity. Using advanced billet extrusion molding technology and possessing independent intellectual property rights, it has overcome the industry problems of uneven wall thickness, uneven stress, and easy breakage of products in the slurry molding process.
